WINDMILLS*** this is hard to do and it takes a lot of practice.This move is done like this.First you open your legs.not all the way like the splits,just a little.Then you will drop to your left sholder with your legs still wide open.make sure you use your hands to lower yourself down on your shoulder.As your legs are open you will swing the right leg under you left.(make sure you legs never bend while you are doing windmills)Use you hand to push off your body so you can make a perfect windmill.Then you keep going and going.If you are having a problem with this move,e-mail me.

COIN DROP***What this is ,is a move you can use before you do windmills.First you keep your legs open like you are doing a windmill(but you stand first).Then you will drop on your sholder with no hands then you can do windmillls from there.It is better to roll on your right sholder.Make sure before you start doing this you are low to the ground so you body will not hurt after.

FLAIRE****This move takes a lot of upperbody muscle.In this move you will keep your legs open while standing.Then you will kick the left leg in back of your body then let it go in front of your right leg.Keep your legs open at all time.While your legs are wide open you will try to go around in circles with out touching the ground with your feet.So you are with 2 hands on the floor and you legs are going around in circles but still wide open.You head has to be looking in one direction.

HAND GLIDES***This move takes a lot of arm work.With you left hand you will place it on the ground and make sure that your elbow is hiting right under you left rib.You will go down hand on the ground and use your right hand to spin in circles.Make sure that your knees don't touch the floor.You are spining on one hand and your right hand is really spining you in circles.

BRONCOS**What you do is you are standing up.Then you jump forward and land on your two hands.Then you jump back on your feet and back on your hands and back on your feet.Do a least 4 of these.This is a really easy move.

HEADSPINS****These are really hard to do and be very careful.People use helmets to do this or a beanie.Well,you should first try to gain neck muscles and by doing this,I say you should stand on your head and rest your body againts a wall.do this for like 2 weeks before actualy trying headspins.But if your already a breaker,go on ahead and do it.Balance yourself on your head and make your back strait.Then make sure you open your legs to get good balance.Then swing one legs and keep it strait when you swing it.Also use your hands to keep you balanced and to spin.Keep the motion that your are in and keep going.After a couple of spins,you can let go of your hands.

HOLLOW BACK***Balance yourself like you are about to do turtles.Then Swing both legs toward your head,so that means you you swing it from one side of your body to the otherside.When you throw it to the other side,make sure your feet dont touch the floor and try to balance yourself on your forearms.

NUTCRACKERS***this move is like the windmills,but your hands are on your privite.You go in a motion like your doing windmills,but your hands are on your privite.You are going to notice that it's a little hard to move because your shoulders on in the way.As soon as you turn,make sure your lift your shoulders and turn the quick so you can turn to the other site.Then keep this motion going.

1990's**This move is hard and easy.It deepends how good you are at keeping you balance on one hand.Well,you start off by turning you body in a motion like you are going to go on one hand.But you should turn you body to get speed in your 1990's.As soon as you get on your hand,you move you body and spin to one side.Try to keep your head near your shoulder and spin it toward your shoulder before you do you 1990.
